[Starcluster] StarCluster Saving State?

Just to follow up, everything *should* be stateless with respect to listing
clusters, instances, images, volumes, etc. I try to query as much as possible
from AWS in order to avoid requiring ssh keys to fetch metadata about a given
cluster or node/instance/etc.
