</b>- represents the club to any other group<br>
- presides over all meetings<br>
- seeks funding for the club<br>
- oversees all club trips and activities<br>
- assists in organizing group trips and activities<br><br>

2. <b>Vice President<br>
</b>- serves in place of the president when necessary<br>
- supervises weekly bus trips and their coordinators.<br>
- coordinates promotions with outside groups and businesses<br>
- assists in organizing group trips and activities<br>
<br><br>
3. <b>Treasurer<br>
</b>- responsible for the finances of the group.<br>
- responsible for tracking and collecting all fees from club trips<br>
- assists in organizing group trips and activities<br><br>
<br>
4. <b>Secretary<br>
</b>- responsible for electronic and written publicity of the club<br>
- maintains the club's website<br>
- documents group trips and activities and make the documentation
available on the club's website<br>
- assists in organizing group trips and activities. <br><br>
