WGR publishes the first issue of the third volume of <b><i>The

Bale</i></b>, formerly known as <b><i>The Monthly Bale</i></b>. The Bale

has converted to a bimonthly format and has had a facelift, too! Rest

assured, it's still chock-full of articles, tips, and helpful information

about recycling at MIT! This issue focuses on electronics recycling at
