on Wednesday - <i>Feeding Ourselves - The Organic Alternative</i>.
Jack owns and operates the Many Hands Organic Farm in Barre,
Massachusetts and works with the Northeast Organic Farming
Association. He will compare and contrast organic techniques with
conventional ones, discuss the market for organic food, the realities of
growing in the northeast, and some of the issues facing the organic
movement as it grows and becomes more mainstream.<br><br>
The talk will be at 11:30AM on Wednesday October 29 in room 6-321.
