I knew it was an authorization issue but having two systems Gateway server and backend, it's so confusing where the authorization failure actually is and the error message was misleading too. Initially I added the tcode that error message was suggesting on both side Gateway and backend server to the user role but didn't work. :(</div><div>Finally, after doing traces on both side, I was able to find the root cause of auth object failure. I had to add auth obj. p_runtime in the backend role. Then I was able to display the link in Fiori. Generic Application" bu no success. I thought this should not be necessary for standard SAP decision task.</div>
