<div dir="ltr">Dear Experts,<div><br></div><div>I am facing a strange issue with my workflows in Quality system only. Whenever workflow is trying to execute the send mail step it is ending up with error WL821 - "Object xxxxxxxxx method SENDTASKDESCRIPTION cannot be executed".</div><div><br></div><div>I have done the following checks, prior to writing in this forum, to ensure that things are in place:</div><div><ul><li>All the user ids in the AddressStrings multiline conatiner are having 'US' before them and also all of them are active and unlocked in Quality system.</li><li>Workflow background user 'WF-BATCH' is having full authorization in Quality system.</li><li>Tried sending manual test mails from Business Workplace in Quality system and no problem or error is there, which indicates that SCOT configuration is also in place.</li></ul><div>Please can you help me in letting me know what can be the cause of such strange behavior of Quality system.</div></div><div><br clear="all"><div><div class="gmail_signature">Regards,<br>Shaurya Jain</div></div>
