</font><br><br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Use</font><br><font size=2 face="sans-serif"> </font><br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">When the system creates a work item
with priority </font><br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">1 , each of its recipients receives
an express notification (dialog box with appropriate text) on the screen.
The recipient can call the Business Workplace directly from the express
message.</font><br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Excluded agents do not receive a message.</font><br><font size=2 face="sans-serif"> </font><br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Constraints</font><br><font size=2 face="sans-serif"> </font><br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">The system does not generate an express
message in the following cases:</font><br><font size=2 face="sans-serif"> •if the user processes the work
item immediately due to </font><br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">advance with immediate dialog •if all
users are recipients of the work item (this is the case with </font><br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">general tasks for which no responsible
agents are defined) •if the work item was forwarded</font><br><font size=2 face="sans-serif"> </font><br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">The system only creates express notifications
when a work item is created. An express notification is not created for
the new recipients of priority 1 work items that are forwarded.</font><br><font size=2 face="sans-serif"> </font><br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">If one of the recipients processes the
work item, the other recipients still receive an express message.</font><br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">===============================================</font><br><br><br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">I have the user decision work item set
as priority 1.</font><br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">When the user is logged off the system
