Hi All,<br>

I am having some issues with the deadline monitoring in one of our test systems.<br>
Looking at the WF log I do see that the deadline was reached, but then<br>
the Result element is not set and hence the step that needs to be<br>
executed when the deadline is reached is not executed.<br>
<br>
We have a deadline of 20 days for the approval workitem, if it is not<br>
approved withing 20 days, a warning email is sent out. The deadline<br>
monitoring job is running every 3 mins, no issues there, But the WF is<br>
stuck in the approval task and not proceeding further. Am I missing<br>
something. This WF has been in the system for years and has been<br>
working fine and is working fine in Production. So not sure what might<br>
have changed.<br>

Appreciate any input to resolve this issue.<br>

If so, can you pinpoint exactly when this problem started?<br>

You could try stopping and restarting the deadline job.<br>

This is happening only to this WF template, We have deadline<br>
monitoring for Trip WF and that seems to be working fine. I see the<br>
deadline emails being sent out for those.<br>
<br>
Will try restarting the deadline job.<br>

I noticed another thing.<br>
<br>
For the WF where the deadline monitoring is working, the action on the<br>
workitem field in the Deadlines tab shows "SWW_WI_DEADLINE_CALLBACK"<br>
And for the one where the deadline is not working, it shows "SWW_DI_CREATE".<br>
and stays the same even after the deadline monitoring job is executed.<br>
Not sure if this helps.<br>
