<div>When I used the WORKINGWI.SendTaskDescription step for sending eMails out of the Workflow you need to fill the exact internet address and using adress type internet. Otherwise its delivered to the SAP Office inbox of the SAP-User. From there it /may/ be forwarded to the eMail client depending on the user specific setting for "Automatic forwarding".</div>

<div>But as the automatic forwarding is an optional setting, and when you'd like to guarantee that the Workflow is directly sending to the eMail client, you need to pre-fill the internet mail adress of the user-ID.</div>

<div>Please copy templace SWABIND_WFSTART (i think, it's using FM2 Programmed Binding (IF container) to your favorite function group and then you can enter it in the dialog.</div>
