<div style="direction: ltr;font-family: Tahoma;color: #000000;font-size: 10pt;">Thanks Eddie, it took a while for my original email to get posted. I just managed to resolve this now. Figured out that SWN_SELSEN which is the program scheduled to send out the
emails from extended notifications work items actually posts a log in SLG1 everytime it runs. The log has been coming up with an error since this issue came up which helped us trace the actual cause:

other users…..are your task descriptions and notifications texts maintained in that language?</span></p>

and since yesterday, some of the emails to approvers have been sent as blank emails. I notice that this issue occurs once every 4-5 emails sent out from extended notification. There have been no workflow relevant transports that have gone live and I am starting
to wonder if something else could have caused this! </span></p>
