<div style="direction: ltr;font-family: Tahoma;color: #000000;font-size: 10pt;">Thanks Eddie, it took a while for my original email to get posted. I just managed to resolve this now. Figured out that SWN_SELSEN which is the program scheduled to send out the
 emails from extended notifications work items actually posts a log in SLG1 everytime it runs. The log has been coming up with an error since this issue came up which helped us trace the actual cause:&nbsp;
