<div>I have come across a strange issue in our production system and was wondering if I could get any pointers to crack this one. We are using extended notifications and since yesterday, some of the emails to approvers have been sent as blank emails. I notice
that this issue occurs once every 4-5 emails sent out from extended notification. There have been no workflow relevant transports that have gone live and I am starting to wonder if something else could have caused this! </div>

<li>I checked that the WF engine is running normal, no errors. </li><li>Debugged the logic in BSP application SWN_MESSAGE1 and the logic seems to have correctly populated the email contents every time. </li></ul>

<div>Could this be something to do with any basis activity? Or deactivation of any service? Any suggestions would be welcome! </div>
