Hi Friends,<div><br></div><div>I have an issue where work item (task TS01000076) is appearing in SBWP but not visible in UWL. That agent is able to see other work items in her inbox but nothing from task TS01000076. Can you tell me if there is anything I need to do in particular? I am not a portal person.</div>
