<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">I am hoping that someone can shed some
light on the following:</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">We have replaced the standard QN task
completion workflow [ WS20000314] with one that calls QM02 transaction
[skipping first screen] rather than the standard IQSI2 transaction. &nbsp;This
was achieved by taking a copy of the standard workflow, creating a ZQMSM
object and then creating a ZQMSM 'Edit' method as required. &nbsp;The workflow
task for this replacement 'edit' functionality is also sent to Outlook
with a link to the workitem.</font>

<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">What is happening is that if the user
receiving the outlook mail is logged on to SAP when selecting the link
from outlook the QMO2 screen appears BUT if the user is not logged on to
SAP when the link is selected and then logs on as prompted, the screen
displayed is a 'Select Notifications'' screen rather than the QMO2 screen!</font>
