than one personal number/address number in ADR6 table with two different email id’s both being defined as default.

that sets which order the system uses the user master or the personnel record to get email address. I think Jocelyn posted some info about that recently. But I’m not sure if that was applicable to SENDTASKDESCRIPTION or to extended notifications.

I am facing is the email is send to <a href="mailto:abc@xyz.com">abc@xyz.com</a> instead of
<a href="mailto:abc@123.com">abc@123.com</a> . The user master has the email id <a href="mailto:abc@123.com">
abc@123.com</a> however the send task description is sent to old email id of the user.
