When they go into their workflow inbox, all of the documents are visible. The approvers would like to have a way to determine which work center the document is actually in without having to open the document. I would like to add a column to the business workplace for this purpose. We are looking at some new workflow processes and users that are currently in the Accounts Payable work center may see these new documents as well. It would be helpful to them to be able to separate out the documents by this work center so it does not get too confusing and cluttered.

Can anyone let me know if this is possible and how I would go about doing this?

Monique Stephens
Sr. SAP Analyst
SAP Services - IT
Baylor College of Medicine
713-798-1349
713-798-1326 (FAX)

-------------- next part --------------
An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
URL: http://mailman.mit.edu/pipermail/sap-wug/attachments/20111229/9078e87d/attachment-0001.htm

------------------------------

_______________________________________________
SAP-WUG mailing list
SAP-WUG@mit.edu
http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/sap-wug

End of SAP-WUG Digest, Vol 85, Issue 33
***************************************
