<p>Hi All,</p>
<p> </p>
<p>The subworkflow has a dialog activity step that shows completed status. The subworkflow still appears to be in InProcess. This dialog activity is a web activity (HCM Adobe Form). When I see the technical log - I find the proc status field filled (approved)
and the agent who has approved it. The step history of this dialog step also shows all green.
</p>

<p>Still the subworkflow hangs!</p>
<p> </p>
<p>We have actually completed the subworkflow manually which solved the reported issue but then one question that still lies is - what might be the root cause! Why the subworkflow still in process when the dialog step is already complete?

<p>Please share your thoughts! </p>

<p>A subworkflow has a dialog task and even when user completes the task from his/her SAP Inbox - the subworkflow seems to be still in process.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>When we see the graphical workflow log - we see the green path even after this task - confirming that the task is indeed complete!</p>
<p> </p>
<p>The subworkflow is till hanging / in process - please advice as to how to over come this issue!</p>
