reason I ask is that SAP is offering usability interviews of a process
modeler which I think is of huge benefit to workflow consultants (codenamed
Gravity).<o:p></o:p></span></p>

you go into a web browser and graphically model a process with the
customer/consultant/line-of-business-expert…. and capture their feedback and
change the process blueprint. Fun stuff, and useful, too. It’s
quicker and simpler and more accessible than trying to do this directly in the
Workflow Builder (much as I love that tool).<o:p></o:p></span></p>
