<DIV>Hi Dan,</DIV>
<DIV>indeed quite a while...</DIV>
<DIV>Anyhow, this substitution profile is quite simply. In customization, you define task classes and substitution profiles. Just codes, could be one-to-one or one-to-many relation. Afterwards, using PFTC, you assign each task to a class. When you activate the substitution you can&nbsp;define it per profile. In this way you can define different substitutiors for a person.</DIV>
<DIV>I think your answer&nbsp;is still correct as the&nbsp;substitutor assignment is still based on user. This only&nbsp;option I'm familiar with is substitution based position and structured authorizations.&nbsp;The latter means authorizations are granted by position.</DIV>
<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>
<DIV>Enjoy...<BR>&nbsp;</DIV>
