<DIV>Anyhow, this substitution profile is quite simply. In customization, you define task classes and substitution profiles. Just codes, could be one-to-one or one-to-many relation. Afterwards, using PFTC, you assign each task to a class. When you activate the substitution you can define it per profile. In this way you can define different substitutiors for a person.</DIV>
<DIV>I think your answer is still correct as the substitutor assignment is still based on user. This only option I'm familiar with is substitution based position and structured authorizations. The latter means authorizations are granted by position.</DIV>
