2) Maintained Task classes<br>
3) Assigned Substitution profile to Task classes<br>
4) Assigned Task classes to the Task <br>

Still in the 'Create Rule' screen, the field &quot;Assign these tasks&quot;
drop down is not enabled. Only ALL appears here. Please help.</font><font size=3>
