<p>Hi, <br> If i forward a workitem from SBWP. The workitem is getting disappeared from all the agents inbox.<br>It is present only in the agents inbox to whom i have forwarded.</p>
<p>What i know was , If i forward a workitem i think it will only disappear from the inbox of the agent who forwarded. Is it correct.<br>But in my case it is disappearing from all the agents inbox.</p>
