We are on ECC6. User has ceated and activated a substitute. I see the entries
in the table HRUS_D2 and active field is checked with the substitute profile
'ALL' and the date range is set correctly too. But substitute is not getting
workitems!! Can any one suggest what can be an issue?<br>
