However, even as an active substitute, I don’t think SWI5 would show them (only the original approver). The substitute would just need to look in the workflow inbox for the documents.</SPAN></P>

I see the entries in the table HRUS_D2 and active field is checked with the substitute profile 'ALL' and the date range is set correctly too. But substitute is not getting workitems!!
