<DIV>Indeed the event trace shows the problem. Whenever the workflow fails to start system should log an error on event trace, assuming you activated it. In addition, if event queue is active, event will be stored for future processing. BTW, I do not recommend activating event trace on production system, maybe just for a limited period.</DIV>
<DIV>On t.code PFTC, please display workflow template 90000003. Please verify it has a workflow definition. Afterwards, make sure the is an active & released version.</DIV>
