<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Check the date format for the WF-BATCH
user. You should be able to view this via transaction SU01D and entering
WF-BATCH as the user. Check "Defaults" tab, Date format
field. I suspect that will be the issue.<br>

<br><font size=2 face="Arial">I am using the WorkitemCreationDate in the
body of an E-mail step. It is formatted as 03/16/2010 in the text
when displayed in the log for the email body. It is also formatted
the same way when looking at the container for the step. After the
email is sent to Outlook the format of the date is displayed as 16.03.2010.
Not sure why it is being displayed in this manner. I have
Windows XP and the date format is with the forward slashes 03/16/2010.</font>
