ones are not but I the main workflow says it is in error yet the only step

I have set up an ERMS workflow (SAP Standard workflow) number 002000001.<br>
When the even in received I can see this in SWEL and the receiver 002000001.<br>
However when I look in the workflow log I get the message "Error when
processing node '0000000004' (ParForEach index 000000)"<br>
<br>
This seems to be hapenning on a decision step.<br>
Has anyone seen this type of error before and know what is causing it?<br>
