delivered this transaction to our users – instead they have a custom
transaction which shows them the progress of an object through workflow. I’m
not saying this is the approach I would *<b><span style='font-weight:bold'>recommend</span></b>*
but it seems that the workflow logs don’t really show them what they need to
know in a digestible format. However, as Brenda points out, if your users are fluent,
then by all means, avoid the custom transaction approach and let them use it. That
is, after ensuring they do not have ‘Edit’ capabilities. <br>

level of literacy of your general users. My experience has been that some
users are able to navigate successfully through the report and find it useful,
while others don’t even know where to start! I’ve always made sure the
“superusers” at any of my clients have access to this transaction. However,
most business transactions have access to the workflows linked to the specific
object open in that transaction, so you may not necessarily need to give SWI6
to them if you can teach them how to use that function.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
