<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Good morning everyone,</font>
<br>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">We are in the process of implementing
NetWeaver 7.01, EHP1 and we've noticed that the UserDecisionNote text box
now has "rich text" options, which causes the note entered by
the user to be stored in the ECC "back end" with the actual HTML
equivalent tags. For example:</font>
<br>
<br><font size=2 face="Courier New"> Comment</font>

<br><font size=2 face="Courier New"> Created....... Joe

on 10/19/2009 09:12:58</font>
<br>
<br><font size=2 face="Courier New"><h3>Bold</h3><h1>H1</h1><h2>h2</h2><h3>h3</h3><blockquote><p>Indent</p></blockqu</font>
<br><font size=2 face="Courier New">ote><p>Deintend</p><ol><li><div>Number</font>
<br><font size=2 face="Courier New">bullets</div></li></ol><ul><li><div>&quot;Dot&quot;</font>
<br><font size=2 face="Courier New">bullets</div></li></ul><p>Now
what?</p></font><font size=2 face="sans-serif"><br>
</font>
<br>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">This is how it is displayed when going
thru the workflow log and the comment attachment is displayed.</font>
<br>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Of course the text displays fine when
you click on "View Memos" in the UWL completed items view, but
when the attachment is displayed in via SAP GUI we get view with the tag
above. </font>
<br>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">In our scenario we are including the
text entered in the UWL as a part of an email, so I have the opportunity
to remove all the tags, but it seems like we should have an option to enter
the note as "plain text."</font>
<br>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Is this possible?</font>
