users do not use the SAP Inbox we had to come up with an ABAP approach to
manage approvals using Outlook. Our workflow sends a link via email to
the first approver which allows this person to access a custom transaction that
completes the required task. That custom t-code in turn sends another email
the next approver and so on. All done using event calls, lots of code but
