font-family:Arial'>I have developed a workflow which creates a case in records
management and then the workflow goes into waiting mode. The SAP system that I
am using is ECC.6.0. When the case is closed in records management this
must be advised to the workflow. To get this to happen I used business object type
SCASE with event CASE COMPLETED. I included this as a terminating event in my
workflow task activity. The workflow task also has a method using the SCASE
object type to get information from the completed case. The method is asynchronous.
However when I inspected the workflow graphic it terminates and closes with
method COMPLETED. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

waiting for it but how do I set up the terminating event so that it does
not terminate the workflow but allows me to retrieve data from the completed
