<p><FONT size="3">I'd like to offer the Workflow substitution service to
user via EP web potal.</FONT>
<p><FONT size="3">So I determined to use some RFCs(WAPI functions).</FONT>

problem.</FONT>

participated is global one.</FONT>
<p><FONT face="Courier New" color=#0000ff size="3">So when i make the Workflow
Substitution Service using these RFCs, I need to consider User
Timezone.</FONT>
<p><font size="3"> </font>
<p><FONT face="Courier New" color=#0000ff size="3">As you know, we need not only
local date but also local time parameter in order to convert local time to
system time exactly and in real-time. but there is no "time parameter" at input
& ouput parameters of these RFCs.</FONT>
<p><font size="3"> </font>
<p><FONT face="Courier New" size="3">for example, if user input the local date
for setting substitution period, we convert it to system time-zone date &
time and set substitution with this system date & time.</FONT>
<p><font size="3"> </font>
<p><FONT face="Courier New" color=#008000 size="3"> user time zone: UTC-3,
System time zone = UTC+9</FONT>
<p><FONT face="Courier New" color=#008000 size="3"> user input(local time)
