Hi Miguel,

Would it be possible to provide screen shots of the binding from your workflow to your task and the rule as well.
Maybe I can get a better understanding.
The field (LIFNR) in the container element embedded in the workflow container through binding is the same as the field in the container element in the rule. When I checked the task I created I noticed it did not have a container element for vendor so I created one. I also checked "Terminate if rule resolution without result." I refreshed the system in SWU_OBUF and tested the scenario with the following result:

Five separate responsibilities have been created in Rule 90300001. The responsibilities have priorities from 1 to 5 and I have checked "Consider Secondary Priorities." The test scenario on a Price Block WF for vendor #2 resulted in the work item getting assigned to the highest priority 5 even though that position is only responsible for vendor #69. The work item should have been assigned to the position with the priority of 1. I have also tested this with setting all priorities to 99 which resulted in the work item getting assigned to all the positions listed in the rule.

For some reason it doesn't seem to want to select the specific position assigned to the vendor associated with the Price Block Workflow. Thanks for your insight and for taking the time to reply.
Is the field in the workflow the same as the in the rule?

Check the binding in the task.

Also test the task itself.
Nat,

The from value and the to value are the same in the rule. I do have
multiple from and to values assigned per rule due to the number of vendors
assigned to a specific position.

EX.
Name From To
Vendor 2 2
Vendor 22 22

I have checked "consider secondary priorities" and numbered the rules 1
through 5; however, when I initiate a Price Block Workflow the position
chosen through my rule ends up being the highest priority regardless of
whether it is their assigned vendor from the rule. The strange thing is
that this is testing successfully for the different rules I have created in
"Simulate rule resolution."

Thanks for your comment.
