user), and had looked into classification but never proceeded with the

style='font-size:11.0pt;color:black'>However, I do see the benefits of using
classification – if we could ever move to that model.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

a colleague looking a future Duet functionality, and they are wondering how
much customers use substitution in general, and which ones use classification
of tasks. With tasks classification you can classify your tasks,
and then include them in a subsitution profile. This way substitutes only
get certain tasks.</span></font><o:p></o:p></p>

told them that substitution is heavily used -but I'm not sure about task
classification. Would you mind letting me know how much you use task
classification? And, if you don't use the substitution provided by
