The client does not wish to buy additional SAP licenses. We also raised the
issue of Non-SOX complaint with the customer but they don’t have budget
to buy additional licenses and one of the other reason they don’t wish to
buy licenses is because there are about 500 approvers for the <st1:place w:st="on">PO</st1:place>
who do not use SAP at all. So they don’t want to invest in licenses as
most of the approvers won’t be using SAP at all.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

Perhaps the lack of replies is because it sounds like an attempt to get around
licenses. What's wrong with just creating users? There are cheaper licenses
available for this type of user. <br>
<br>
You can receive and process inbound emails, but any custom solution you build
is going to have a hard time with audits. Think about security & how easy
it is to forward mails or forge email addresses. <br>

The users who will be approving or rejecting the <st1:place u2:st="on"><st1:place
w:st="on">PO</st1:place></st1:place> are not SAP users and hence do not have a
SAP user id. So we cannot send the work item to the users as they don’t

send the users an email from the workflow as the email ids will be maintained
in a Z table. I mean email to the non sap users. But how do we physically
