<html><head><style type="text/css"><!-- DIV {margin:0px;} --></style></head><body><div style="font-family:times new roman, new york, times, serif;font-size:18pt"><DIV><FONT size=3>Hi Jocelyn,</FONT></DIV>
<P><FONT size=3></FONT> </P>
<P><FONT size=3>Thanks for responding and </FONT><FONT size=3>I'm sorry for confusing you. I will try to rephrase it.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=3>Ours is EP7.0 with ECC 6.0. This is regarding the launch behavior of the work items from UWL for Work Order Workflow.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=3>The requirement is,when the work item is clicked, it should behave in the same way as if the user had clicked on the item in SBWP. And it should be in synchronous dialog chain.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=3>This is not being acheived.</P>
<DIV>In UWL, when we accept or reject the workitem, we have to refresh and click again to add the confirmation notes for acceptance or reject of the user decision.</DIV>
<DIV>What I have checked:</DIV>
<DIV>1) In Display support Information, the handler is SAP TransactionLaunch for these work items.</DIV>
<DIV>2) In iview of Launch SAP Transaction - SAP GUI property is SAP GUI for windows</DIV>
<DIV>3) Uploaded the webflow xml.ECC file including the tasks with SAP Transaction Launch handler in Action tag and GuiType with value WinGUI in Property tag.<BR>4) Cleared the cache after configuration and re-register the system.</DIV>
<DIV>But the other work items belonging to Invoice workflow and PO workflow in UWL, they are synchronous and launch as they we are opening in SBWP. Why the Work order work items are launching differently and not synchronous in UWL(They are synchronous in SBWP) compared to the workitems of other workflows.</DIV>
<DIV>Can you please suggest what I'm missing?</DIV>
<DIV>Thanks for all the help.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Regards,</DIV>
