<br>I have a user who goes to Settings - Workflow Settings _ Adopt Substitution. He clicks in the check box and the system message says that the substitution is active. However, if he chooses that menu option again, the checkbox is not checked.<br>

<br>Hi Bhawanidutt,<br><br>It's nothing to do with the UWL.<br><br>Your agent assignment is wrong, i.e. you either have both 1st and 2nd<br>level approver as recipients of the work item, or you have 2 work items<br>active at the same time.<br>
