for the decision step and its showing the “work item processing
complete” .<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:windowtext'>After that no “ result
processing” . it’s been struck up since 5 days. When checked with
agent he said I have completed the work item execution.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:windowtext'>When checked the container
values of the user decision step : the _<i>WI</i>_RESULT and _Result both are
set with “ 0001” value. It means user has selected the first option
of user decision step.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:windowtext'>How to handle these kind of
cases like even though user has completed processing and it hasn’t
resulted into completion.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:windowtext'>Kindly let me know your valuable
inputs ASAP since the problem is in production system that too for this
particular instance only. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
