<font face="Arial">We are facing a strange issue:</font><br>
<font size="4"> </font><br>
<font face="Arial">In a DEV system after testing a workflow from Workflow builder, we are not able to see the work item in SAP Inbox of the user. ( Work item is corresponding to Standard decision task.) </font><br>
<font face="Arial">However we can see in workflow log that work item is sent to desired user.</font><br>
<font face="Arial">Strangely, non-of the dialog tasks/work items are visible in Inbox. We are able to see the notifications</font><br>
<font size="4"> </font><br>
<font face="Arial">Are we missing anything ? We have checked the customizing, agent assignment etc. </font><br>
<font size="4"> </font><br>
<b><font face="Arial">P.S.</font></b><font face="Arial"> If we execute the work item from SWIA and then use the " Cancel and keep work item in Inbox", of user decision, then I am able to see this in user's Inbox.</font><br>
