We are facing a strange issue:</font><font size="4"><br>
</font><font size="4" face="Arial"><br>
In a DEV system after testing a workflow from Workflow builder, we are not able to see the work item in SAP Inbox of the user. ( Work item is corresponding to Standard decision task.) <br>
However we can see in workflow log that work item is sent to desired user.<br>
Strangely, non-of the dialog tasks/work items are visible in Inbox. We are able to see the notifications</font><font size="4"><br>

Are we missing anything ? We have checked the customizing, agent assignment etc. </font><font size="4"><br>

P.S.</font></b><font size="4" face="Arial"> If we execute the work item from SWIA and then use the " Cancel and keep work item in Inbox", of user decision, then I am able to see this in user's Inbox.</font><font size="4"><br>
