text/plain; charset="us-ascii"<BR><BR>Hi,<BR><BR>I need help in understanding
the following issue. I already searched the mailing list and some other
sources , but couldn't find a solution. In our scenario we are to generate
event via status management. However even when the statuses are changed the
events are not generated.<BR><BR>The objects in picture are<BR>1. Custom BO
ZCMR<BR>2. User status for CRMD_ORDER<BR><BR>The settings are<BR>1. User
statuses / Status profile created<BR>2. Events of custom BO ZCMR linked to
certain user status. The status should be active to trigger the event.<BR>3.
Status Approved, should trigger ZCMR-APPROVED .<BR><BR>Even though entire
setup seems to be correct, when somebody tries to change the status of
the credit memo no event is generated.<BR><BR>The test<BR>1. An event linkage
is active to trigger ZCMR-SAVE when a new credit memo is created. Works fine
which shows, there's nothing wrong with the object definition.<BR>2. Not
working event after buffer sync.<BR>3. I also tried to use a standard active
BO in place of custom BO in status management, however even that event was not
generated<BR><BR>Any pointers<BR>Manish<BR><BR>-------------- next part
