<div>Ramki- actually the employees may or may not have company email addresses (outlook/lotus) they could be any one from Senior Managment to business managers to mail delivery guys or tecnichians. These emails would therefore go to their personal email accounts like Hotmail, Yahoo etc defined in IT0105 subtyp MAIL ot alternatively SUBTYP 0010. </div>

<div>The emails provided by the employees can be changed on an on-going basis hence we will have to pick the most current data before dispatching of notification. </div>
