use your flat file to create inbound IDOCs. It would give you better

<DIV>Hi Pros, Is it possible to create an org chart programitically?..What
function modules/BAPIs can be used to create an org chart with postions
and reporting relations ships. I found some function modules starting
with 'RHOM_*'..looks they are for SAP internal use.</DIV>

same heirarchy in SAP for workflows..I am planning to get a flat file with
reporting relationships from peoplesoft and develop a SAP program to
create/maintian it in SAP Org structure..I appreciate any better
