function module that goes all the way up the Org Chart to find someone. If no
one can be found (in the case of the top guy submitting a trip report) or if

case of an error), or she has been given permission from the top guy to approve

expenses, so when the 'top chief' (the big chief), submits expenses the wf goes
into error as he does not have a chief! Anyone got a novel/innovative
