Hello everyone,<br>We ended up using a copy of RH_RESOLVE_RESPONSIBILITIES in determining the RY object of the workflow. Thanks to Andy for mentioning RH_GET_ACTORS -- this is where we determined that it is RH...RESPONSIBILITIES that we needed.<br>

<div>We are using Responsibility Rules for agent determination. At run time, the workflow system will execute the rule for agent determination and will route a dialog work item based on a responsibility (RY) definition that meets the routing criteria. </div>

<div>We have a unique client requirement to report/derive this responsibility. So my question is: how do you do a reverse look-up for the responsibility (RY) that met the routing requirement of a work item. Another way of asking this might be -- is it possible to determine the responibility (RY) of a rule (AC) once the workflow has the AC_CONTAINER values.</div>
