Another workitem means a delay in seeing it on the Portal side<BR>even with the refresh functionality. But, I don't think the path is any different. In the IMG, I took the following path: Financial Accounting --> Global Settings --> Document --> Document Parking. There are separate areas for resetting approvals. You can specify which fields will restart workflow. this was standard SAP. When a user saves the parked document, our workflow shows "logically deleted". Then, if they go back in and complete it, workflow starts all over again.
