Goto transaction PO13. (O = O and not Zero).<br>
<br>
Enter the position number in the position number field.<br>
Then in the Time period area select the "ALL" period and then select the Relationships info type and then click on the overview icon.<br>
This should show all the Relationships details for this position.<br>
<br>
Also check transaction PA20 enter the person employee number and select the Organizational Assignment info type and then the Org Structure icon these two should clear indicate if the person is still assigned to the position.<br>

We have a user receiving workflows even though he is not assigned to the position in the Organizational Plan.<font size="4"> <br>
</font><br>
We have found that in table HRP1001 there is a record for the position with a date of 12/31/2999. We see the user that made the record is not in the system anymore.<font size="4"> <br>
</font><br>
I am not sure how to remove the record for the position.<font size="4"> <br>
</font><br>
Any help would be appreciated.<font size="4"> </font><br>
