Best is to user Evaluation Paths in function module RH_STRUC_GET.<br>

I also suggest you copy evaluation path US_C_US (Transaction OOAW) refer attachment 1.<br>
and click on the skip field for all except the last one.<br>
<br>
You will have to provide function module RH_STRUC_GET with refer attachment 2.<br>
ACT_OBJID = Job that you want a list of users.<br>
ACT_WEGID = copied evaluation path (e.g. ZUS_C_US)<br>
