The good news is that attaching a comment is easy to do in the portal and<br>
has been integrated into the standard decision iview. You need to set<br>
property UserDecisionNote - plug that into the help and you'll find all<br>
the details.<br>

The bad news is that you will need to get rid of the add coments step,
so<br>
if you have a mixed portal/backend user base you will need to separate<br>
these somehow.<br>
