dialog option if we are using SBWP, but in case of UWL this option is not

if the user login into sap then the dialog step after the user decision
step(for getting the rejection reason's) should be used, but if the user
uses UWL the user decision handler should be used and this dialog step
should be skipped or else again a work item will be sent to the user for
