is refused and sent back to the creator, our process is the

<DIV><SPAN class=735522614-02072008><FONT face=Arial>1. Double-click on
document in the workflow inbox</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
<DIV><SPAN class=735522614-02072008><FONT face=Arial>2. Make the necessary
changes (brought into change mode automatically)</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
<DIV><SPAN class=735522614-02072008><FONT face=Arial>3. Complete the
document</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
<DIV><SPAN class=735522614-02072008><FONT face=Arial>4. Another pop up box
appears to choose "complete processing of work item"</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
<DIV><SPAN class=735522614-02072008><FONT face=Arial>5. Document is
removed from user's inbox and moved into the approver's
inbox.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
<DIV><SPAN class=735522614-02072008><FONT face=Arial></FONT></SPAN> </DIV>
<DIV><SPAN class=735522614-02072008><FONT face=Arial>In most cases, our users
are going into FBV2 to complete the document. Then, they go into their
workflow inbox and click the Resubmit icon. This does nothing except put
the document in a waiting status.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
<DIV><SPAN class=735522614-02072008><FONT face=Arial></FONT></SPAN> </DIV>
<DIV><SPAN class=735522614-02072008><FONT face=Arial>I would really like to
disable the resubmit icon for all users. Is this
possible?</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
