the hours not by employee but by cost element.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>For ex: if the person adding time for 3 cost
elements and owners for this 3 elements are different then it should go to 3
different persons and not to one person who is the chief (is the standard
SAP) of this user in Org. Structure.</FONT></DIV>

please describe how you did this? </FONT></DIV>
